The F8 bench shirt maximizes the transfer of the load and energy of the barbell from the shoulders to the triceps, pectoral, and latissimus regions while also reducing strain of the rotator cuffs and stabilizing the shoulder and shoulder girdle.

after some delays in the arrival of the shirt in the UK, Anderson Powerlifting were brilliant resolving those issues, the shirt does as it says. a 450lb bench straight away, brilliant shirt and just need to learn the best positioning for optimal results.

This shirt is 10/10. I ordered 2 mediums for my 148+ girls. I was a bit worried because the shirts look a bit big, but had my lifter test it out. Her bench went from 175 to 205 EASY. I think one size smaller and she could hit 225. Anderson is so helpful and a blessing for a powerlifting coach!!
