We only ship with United States Postal Service Priority Mail Service.
Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery is an expected delivery time and is not guaranteed delivery.
Expected delivery is calculated from the time the order is shipped not from when the order is placed.
We ship orders Monday – Friday and most orders ship same day if ordered before 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are shipped on Monday. During a Holiday Season orders may be delayed shipping by a day or two.
USPS experiences very high demand during a Holiday Season and expected delivery is usually one to two days longer than expected delivery times.

Login to your account here. Click on “Addresses” to change your billing or shipping address. Click on “Account Details” to change other information, including email address and password.
How do I retrieve a lost password?
Click here and click “Lost your password?” at the bottom of the login form. Enter your username or email address and you will receive a link to create a new password via email.
How do I return my product?
I received the wrong product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse (Texas).

When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
How do I use a coupon?
Coupon codes can be added from the Cart page or on the Checkout Page. On the Cart page there is a box just below the list of products in your cart. Enter the code and click “Apply coupon”. On the Checkout page at the top is a box that says “Have a coupon?”. Click “Click here to enter your code” and enter your coupon and click “Apply coupon”.
