Coming from an F6 shirt, I wanted to step up to the next level. Needed something a bit tighter and thicker. Man this was the best op to on for SURE! My bench with a 3 board (as I am breaking it in) is already FIFTY pounds heavier than what the same size F6 was doing a week ago. Again, the step up from an entry level equipped bencher like me going to this shirt was the right choice. Will say it is MUCH harder to touch but with that comes bigger benches in time!!!
